The Roadster has a superb safety record. Like the ForTwo, it is built around a steel monocoque tridion cell. It has ABS, Traction Control and Mercedes’s Own, Electronic Stabiliy Program. Most Roadsters have an electric canvas roof and this slides back in under 10 seconds, about the same time as it’ll take you to get from 0 to 60!
